William Watson brings more than 20 years of experience across commercial finance, transaction structuring, contract negotiation, and execution logistics. His background uniquely spans both the economic and legal dimensions of complex transactions, including extensive experience negotiating and structuring financing arrangements as well as documentation review and refinement.
Drawing on this combined perspective, William works with clients from the earliest stages of a financing initiative through execution, with a focus on ensuring that transaction structure, funding sources, and contractual terms are aligned with the client’s economic objectives. His experience allows him to identify areas where cost, risk, or imbalance can be introduced through structure or documentation, and to address those issues before they become embedded in a transaction.
Clarity Commercial Advisors was formed to bring this integrated approach to clients seeking thoughtful, disciplined guidance around financing decisions. The firm is positioned to support clients in evaluating funding alternatives, negotiating terms, and navigating documentation with clarity and attention to long-term economic outcomes.
